Java for the Web Server

Introduction to J2EE Developing Java Servlets and JSP's

Java for the Web Server is a 3-day, lab-intensive course intended to get the student thoroughly familiar with writing Servlets and Java Server Pages (JSP). The course continues with discussion of advanced techniques, including taglibs, JSTL and Jakarta Struts.

The lab exercises build upon each other to result in a comprehensive application. The labs constitute around 50% of the course duration. The course has a practical focus, and teaches students how to write and deploy Java-based webserver applications.
