Kevin is a Partner, a member of Pantheon’s Partnership Board and is responsible for global business development and client service. Kevin joined Pantheon from Elevation Partners and prior to that led the Global Private Equity Placement Group at Merrill Lynch. He holds a BA in Economics and a MBA in Finance, both from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Robin is a Partner and Pantheon’s Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Pantheon, Robin worked in the Investment team of Ipex Capital and for the Corporate Finance Advisory practice of Deloitte. Robin qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen and holds a BSc in Economics from Warwick University.
Rob is a Partner and represents Pantheon’s client relationship management and business development in the UK, the Nordic region and the Middle East and Africa. He is also involved in Pantheon’s Defined Contribution initiative. Before joining Pantheon, Rob spent six years at Deutsche Asset Management as a Director and prior to this, he spent four years working in private equity for Morgan Grenfell Development Capital. Rob qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young, having previously worked in industry for Johnson Matthey. He received a BSc from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.
Brian is a Partner in Pantheon’s U.S. Primary Investment Team. Prior to joining Pantheon, Brian worked at HarbourVest Partners, Duke Street Capital and Paul Capital Partners. Brian holds an AB in Government from Dartmouth College and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Sheldon is a Partner in the Private Wealth Team. Before joining Pantheon, Sheldon worked at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and in investment banking. Sheldon holds a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BS from Cornell University.
Evan is a Partner and senior investment professional in Pantheon’s Global Infrastructure and Real Assets team. Prior to joining Pantheon, Evan worked at Polaris Venture Partners in Boston and JP Morgan in London. Evan holds a BS in Business Administration, with a concentration in finance and economics, from Boston University’s School of Management.
Andrea is a Partner in Pantheon’s Infrastructure and Real Assets Team. Prior to joining Pantheon, Andrea led the infrastructure direct and co-investment teams for Société Générale, Macquarie Capital and ABN AMRO. She holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine.
Matt is a Partner in Pantheon’s Global Secondaries Team. Matt joined Pantheon from Cambridge Associates. Matt holds a BA in History and Economics from Brown University, and is a CFA Charterholder.
Jie is a Partner in Pantheon’s Asia Investment Team. Jie joined Pantheon from Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners’ private equity fund-of-funds group and before that worked at JPMorgan where she was responsible for leverage finance deal origination, structuring and execution in Greater China. Jie holds a BA in Economics and International Trade from Shanghai International Studies University, a MA in Economics from University of Miami and a Master’s degree in Finance from London Business School.
Ralph is a Partner and represents Pantheon’s client relationship management and business development for the DACH countries. Ralph was previously a Managing Director with bmp AG where he worked on private equity fund-of-funds and advisory services for institutional clients. He holds a BSc in Economics from FU Berlin.
Matthew is a Partner in Pantheon’s Global Secondaries Team. Matt joined Pantheon from HM Treasury where he worked as an Assistant Economist within the Finance, Regulation and Industry department. He holds a BA in Economics and Politics from Leeds University.
Graeme is a Partner and Pantheon’s Chief Risk Officer, responsible for risk management. Prior to taking on the role of Chief Risk Officer, Graeme was Pantheon’s Head of Operations and is currently acting as Interim Head of Operations. Graeme holds a BEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
Daniela is a Partner and represents Pantheon’s client relationship management and business development in the Benelux region. Before that, she was a Partner in Pantheon’s European investment team and previously an investment manager for private equity funds at Alpinvest in the Netherlands. Daniela holds a BSc in International Management from the European School of Business, Reutlingen, and a Degree from Ecole Supérieure Européenne de Commerce in Reims.
Kathryn is a Partner and Head of Pantheon’s Global Infrastructure & Real Assets team. Prior to joining Pantheon, Kathryn worked at GIC Special Investments. Before that, Kathryn was responsible for direct investments at Centre Partners, a New York-based private equity firm. She holds a BA and MA in Modern Languages from Oxford University.
Andrew is a Partner in Pantheon’s Asian and Secondaries investment teams. He is additionally responsible for co-ordinating the activities of Pantheon International Plc. Prior to joining Pantheon, Andrew worked in corporate finance with special emphasis on the private equity market, at Credit Lyonnais Securities, and prior to that at its affiliate, Castleforth.
Brian is a Partner and Head of Pantheon’s Asia and Emerging Markets Investment teams. Prior to joining Pantheon, Brian worked as a Portfolio Director at CDC Group and before that worked at Watson Wyatt advising institutional investors on private equity and investment strategy. Brian is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries, holds a BSc in Actuarial Science from City, University of London, and a MBA from the London Business School.
Elly is a Partner in Pantheon’s Global Secondaries Team. Prior to joining Pantheon, Elly was an investment manager at Actis Capital, an emerging markets private equity fund manager, having worked previously for Accenture and PricewaterhouseCoopers on a wide range of international consulting and corporate finance advisory assignments. Elly holds a BSc from the University of Birmingham and a MPhil from the University of Cambridge.
Susan is a Partner, a member of Pantheon’s Partnership Board and Head of the U.S. Primary Investment Team. Prior to joining Pantheon, Susan was a principal at Capital Z Partners in Asia, and a director within Russell Investments’ private equity group. Susan holds a BA in International Studies and Economics from the University of North Carolina and a Masters from Stanford University in International Policy Studies.
Dennis is a Partner, a member of Pantheon’s Partnership Board, Chair of the Co-Investment Committee and the Global Secondary Investment Committee and is a member of the U.S. Regional Investment Committee and the International Investment Committee. Prior to joining Pantheon, Dennis was head of the U.S. Partnership Team at Adams Street Partners, and previous to that worked at Bank of America and Continental Bank. Dennis holds a BA in Accounting from Michigan State University and a MBA from the University of Michigan.
Chris is a Partner, a member of Pantheon’s Partnership Board and Pantheon’s Head of Investment. Chris joined Pantheon from HSBC Hong Kong where he was involved both in strategic acquisitions and the design and implementation of internal operating procedures. Previous to that, Chris worked for Brierley Investments in both Hong Kong and New Zealand. Chris holds a BCom in Economics from Auckland University, New Zealand, and a BCA in Economics from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
Jeff is a Partner in Pantheon’s Global Co-Investment Team. Prior to joining Pantheon, Jeff was a principal at Allied Capital and previous to that worked in Lehman Brothers’ investment banking division. Jeff holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Gustavus Adolphus College and a MBA from Northwestern University. Jeff is a CFA Charterholder.
John is a Partner and has overall responsibility for Pantheon’s global legal & compliance affairs. Prior to joining Pantheon, John worked within the Corporate Department team of Debevoise & Plimpton, having previously trained at Linklaters. John holds a LLB in Law with French from Birmingham University.
Rudy is a Partner in Pantheon’s Global Secondaries Team. Prior to joining Pantheon, Rudy was a partner at Coller Capital and previous to that worked at Thomas H. Lee Putnam Ventures, Merrill Lynch and Skadden Arps. Rudy holds a BS in Finance at Indiana University and a JD from the New York University School of Law.
Alex is a Partner in Pantheon’s European Investment Team. Prior to joining Pantheon, Alex was an investment manager for the West Midlands Pension Fund’s private equity portfolio. Before this, he was a portfolio manager at Gartmore Investment Management. Alex holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Southampton.
Helen is a Partner and Head of Pantheon’s European Investment Team. Helen joined Pantheon from Russell Investments, where she was Managing Director with overall responsibility for private equity in Europe. Prior to joining Russell in 1999, Helen spent five years as Director, European Private Equity with the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. Helen received a BA and a MA in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and a MBA from the University of Western Ontario in Canada. Helen is a member of the Board of Directors of Invest Europe, and sits on its LP Platform Council. Helen is also a co-founder of Level 20, a non-profit making organisation that has been set up to encourage women to succeed in the private equity industry. Helen is bilingual in English and French.
Rhoddy is Pantheon’s founder and is a director of Pantheon International Plc. In 1981 Rhoddy joined GT Management to oversee and manage unquoted investments and subsequently led the buyout from GT Management Ltd to form Pantheon. Previously, he was an executive of John Swire & Sons Limited, working in Hong Kong, Sydney and London. He holds a BSc in Engineering and Economics from Birmingham University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Francesco is a Partner in Pantheon’s European Investment Team. Francesco was previously with Unigestion, where he managed the firm’s global secondaries program. Prior to Unigestion he was a partner and co-founder of the European venture capital firm DN Capital, joining from the European investment team at Advent International. He has a BA in East Asian studies from Princeton University, and holds a MBA from Insead.
Paul is Pantheon’s Managing Partner and is a member of the Partnership Board. Paul joined Pantheon from Lehman Brothers Private Equity Group, where he was Investment Director. Prior to that, he worked for Lehman Brothers Investment Bank in both New York and London on M&A and corporate finance advisory services having previously been a management consultant with PA Consulting. Paul holds a BSc from the University of Leeds and a MBA from London Business School.
Any reference to the title of “Partner” shall, except as otherwise indicated, refer to such person’s capacity as a partner of Pantheon Ventures (UK) LLP. In addition, any reference to the title of “Partner” for persons located in the United States refers to such person’s capacity as a limited partner of Pantheon Ventures (US) LP.
