We invest with purpose and lead with expertise to build secure financial futures
CORPORATE SOCIAL IMPACT AT PANTHEON
Pantheon’s culture reflects a responsible attitude and approach into every aspect of our daily activities, including how we conduct ourselves as a firm, as individuals and as professionals.
Our Corporate Social Impact strategy reflects our wider mission to act with purpose and support more secure financial futures. It includes a focus on four key pillars – inclusion and diversity, wellbeing, charitable initiatives and social engagement – each of which is coordinated by a Pantheon committee made up of colleagues from across our functions.

Gender Pay Gap Report
Our second annual Gender Pay Gap Report, which is required under UK law, gives a snapshot of how pay for male and female colleagues in 2022 compared across our UK workforce. We’re pleased to see that our Gender Pay Gap decreased last year, and we continue to build on our efforts to drive change within our business, and across the industry.
