Heloise is a member of Pantheon’s Investment Structuring and Strategy Team, part of the Investment Team. She previously worked in the corporate transactional practice at Hogan Lovells International LLP where she focused on private M&A, joint ventures, co-investments and secondaries. In 2017 she was seconded to HSBC where she assisted in the establishment of its new UK ring-fenced bank. Heloise is a qualified solicitor and holds a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Nottingham.
