Douglas is Vice President, ITSM within Pantheon’s Technology team. Prior to joining Pantheon, Douglas worked for Timico as a Service Desk Manager. Douglas is iTil certified and has over 11 years’ experience working in the IT sector at companies such as Rio Tinto, Smith & Nephew, Metlife and WPP.
