Thomas is Head of Enterprise Risk at Pantheon. Prior to joining Pantheon, Thomas held a variety of risk and change management positions at Partners Group, Deutsche Bank and UBS. He holds a PhD in physics from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and is a CFA charterholder.
