Ana is a member of Pantheon’s Client Solutions team as the head of Latin America, servicing institutional and private wealth investors. Ana is a member of Pantheon’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Committee. She is also the Chair of the GPCA Latin America Council and a co-founder of WAI, Colombia’s network for Women in Alternative Investments. Prior to joining Pantheon, she was an investment professional at Tribeca Asset Management and Corficolombiana, Colombia’s largest financial corporation. She has also worked in a range of projects at Credit Suisse’s Financial Sponsors Group, Actis, and LPeC, the leading international platform representing listed private equity in the UK, Europe, and North America. Ana graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá and holds an MBA from London Business School. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.
