Arnab is a Partner and Chief Information & Innovation Officer at Pantheon, where he leads data-driven private markets portfolio construction capabilities and investor engagement best practices. He oversees a cross-functional group spanning portfolio management, data and analytics, client reporting, AI and application engineering, technology operations, information security and the Innovation Lab. Prior to joining Pantheon, Arnab spent 16 years at BlackRock, most recently as Managing Director and Chief Digital Officer for BlackRock Private Markets, where he transformed investment and investor relations processes through software, data and AI. Earlier, he co-founded and served as Global Chief Operating Officer of BlackRock’s Alternative Solutions Group. Arnab holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Lehigh University and an MBA in Finance from New York University.
