Chelsea is Vice President and Head of Tax in Pantheon’s Investment team, where she conducts international transaction tax analysis, advises on investment and fund tax structuring, and assists on matters relating to U.S. tax compliance. Prior to joining Pantheon, Chelsea worked in the Audit and U.S. tax financial services teams at KPMG and Ernst & Young. She holds a Canadian Chartered Accountant designation.
