Florence Dard is a Partner and Chief Client Officer at Pantheon, leading the firm’s global client strategy across institutional and private wealth channels. She has responsibility for driving client engagement and overseeing business development and distribution globally. With more than 25 years of experience in senior capital raising and investor relations roles, Florence has built and led multi-region, multi-product platforms across real estate, infrastructure, private credit, and private equity.

Before joining Pantheon, she was Global Head of Client Group Alts and a member of the Management Board at AXA Investment Managers, where she helped double third-party assets under management on Alternative asset classes. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management and AXA Investment Managers, where she developed and expanded institutional and retail client franchises.

Florence holds an MBA in International Business from the City University of New York and a BA in Business Management from Université Paris Dauphine, and is based in London.
