Leif is a Partner in Pantheon’s Global Secondaries Team where he focuses on originating and executing investments in GP-led secondaries and contributes more broadly across the Private Equity secondaries platform. He is a member of the Global Secondary Investment Committee and joined Pantheon in April 2026. Prior to joining Pantheon, he served as Co-Head of TMT Europe at CVC and held senior investing roles at Blackstone and Charterhouse. Leif holds a Master’s degree in Management from ESCP-EAP Paris and is based in London.
