Menglin is a member of Pantheon’s Core Portfolio Management Team, within the Private Credit Investment Team. Prior to joining Pantheon, Menglin was a PM at Antares Capital, managing portfolio construction and strategy for several of the firm’s institutional funds, SMAs, and retail BDCs. She started her career at JPM as a Credit Analyst in their Investment Banking and Private Banking divisions. Menglin holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from Boston University.
