Will is a Principal in Pantheon’s Global Insurance Solutions Team. Prior to Pantheon, he held roles at the reinsurance group, Monument Re and in BlackRock’s Financial Institutions Group. Will started his career as an equity derivatives broker at Newedge before serving in the British Army as an infantry officer. Will holds a BSc in Economics and Politics from Loughborough University and an MA from the University of Cambridge. He is based in London.
