Molly is the head of Pantheon’s Research function, part of the Investment team. Prior to joining Pantheon, Molly worked at BlackRock in a research role as part of their alternatives investment platform. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics Statistics from Columbia University and a master’s in Statistics from University College London.
